 **DELIVERY POLICY**  Occasionally, it may be necessary to implement floral substitutions due to temporary regional availability constraints. In such instances, our skilled florists will ensure that the style and theme of the arrangement are preserved, substituting only fresh flowers of equal or superior value. While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot provide guarantees in this regard.  Customers are fully responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information. Should there be any delays in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information (including door codes) supplied by the customer, the order will not qualify for a refund.  During extreme weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee timely delivery of orders on the designated date. In the event that we are unable to fulfill the delivery as scheduled, the order will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.  Please be advised that we cannot accept cancellations or modifications for any orders that have already been delivered or are currently en route. For cancellations or changes to other orders, we request that customers contact our shop directly. We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation or modification requests via email.  If any customer is dissatisfied with the service provided or the quality of the flowers delivered, they are encouraged to contact us promptly so that we may address the matter as expeditiously as possible.  **PRIVACY POLICY**

Any personal information received will be utilized exclusively to fulfill your order. We shall not sell or redistribute your information to any third parties.  We cannot assure that all private communications and personally identifiable information will remain undisclosed in any manner not outlined in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may be compelled to disclose such information to governmental authorities or third parties under certain circumstances. Furthermore, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We reserve the right to disclose any information pertaining to you to law enforcement or other government officials, should we deem it necessary or appropriate in connection with investigations related to fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activities that may be deemed illegal or could result in legal liability for us.
